“Trending 40 was thrilled to have the chance to honor Michael Johnson and so many other great association leaders from the D.C. area last week,” says Doug Anderson, founder of Trending 40. “It’s an exciting time in the association community with so many new initiatives and technologies being deployed.”

Johnson was recognized as a groundbreaker who has demonstrated exceptional leadership for the stone, sand and gravel industry, NSSGA reports.

“Thanks goes out to Doug and Trending 40,” Johnson says. “From my start here at NSSGA more than three years ago, my goal was to grow the scope and influence of this association and awards such as this recognize the fact that we have made great progress for the benefit of the entire stone, sand and gravel industry.”
