The U.S. Supreme Court denied Metso the right to appeal a decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in a patent infringement lawsuit between Metso and Terex Corp. that rejected Metso’s claims for damages against Terex. As a result, the original ruling remains final.
