LiuGong North America‘s 890H wheel loader for quarry and aggregate operations is powered by a 370-hp Cummins QSG12 Tier 4 Final engine. It is also equipped with a 6.5- to 9.4-cu.-yd. bucket capacity.

Safety features include an ROPS and FOPS certified cab and improved all-around operator visibility supported by a rearview camera.

Additionally, the new Z-bar improves stress distribution as its redesigned geometry positions the bucket closer to the tires, achieving high bucket breakout forces with maximum rollback. Stable transport of materials and the bucket’s increased fill factor and material retention result in minimal spillage and increased productivity.

Key components, such as hinge pins and lift arm mounting plates, have increased strength as result of a heat treatment process.

Safety, durability, reliability and comfort of the operator were the primary designs elements of the 890H wheel loader, according to the company.
