Lafarge Canada earns 3 top employer awards

Lafarge Canada received three top employer awards through the Canada’s Top 100 Employers 2015 competition. The annual competition, run by Mediacorp Canada, recognizes Canadian employers that offer exceptional programs, services and initiatives to their employees.

The three awards won by Lafarge Canada include the “Alberta’s Top 70 Employers,” “Canada’s Best Diversity Employers” and “Canada’s Top Employers for Young People” awards. Lafarge Canada received the “Alberta’s Top 70 Employers” award for its dedication to providing competitive benefits for its employees, as well as offering them a number of development programs and resources. It won the “Canada’s Best Diversity Employers” award for its dedication to ensuring its employee population supports diversity initiatives at all levels. Finally, the company won the “Canada’s Top Employers for Young People” award for providing its new employees with a number of initiatives designed to help them gain a better understanding of the company.
