A Femco Holdings facility in Atlanta will serve as an authorized repair facility in the Southeast for KPI-JCI & Astec Mobile Screens equipment.

An agreement reached between the two companies allows Femco to provide factory-authorized maintenance, repair and warranty service on KPI-JCI & Astec Mobile Screens equipment.

“Through this agreement Femco-[Georgia] becomes one of two authorized Femco facilities that serves the KPI-JCI & Astec Mobile Screens dealer network east of the Mississippi River, to provide maintenance, repair and warranty services on the equipment,” says Michael McClure, vice president of operations at Femco-Georgia. “Femco will further develop relationships and opportunities with the dealers and deliver value. Our facility in Atlanta has over 59,000 sq. ft. of shop space, including the largest lathe in the region with a 12-ft.-diameter swing x 40-ft. between centers.”

On occasion, the maintenance and repair services required for KPI-JCI & Astec Mobile Screens equipment are of a scope, size or nature that require larger facilities, machining capabilities or other expertise that cannot be obtained in the field or otherwise provided by a dealer.

“We are confident that FEMCO can and will provide a high-level of service and quality for our dealers,” says Kevin Gokie, group product support manager of KPI-JCI & Astec Mobile Screens.
