pq_hof_2017-sliderThose preparing to attend ConExpo-Con/Agg 2017 can also make plans to attend the annual Pit & Quarry Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, which takes place March 6 at the Encore Las Vegas.

That evening, four aggregate industry leaders will be enshrined into the Hall of Fame during a black-tie ceremony. This year’s inductees are Bob Bartlett of the National Stone Association; Paul Detwiler Jr. of New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co. Inc.; Kim Snyder of Eastern Industries Inc.; and Mark Towe of Oldcastle Inc. The four will join 20 others who were previously inducted to the Pit & Quarry Hall of Fame.

The Pit & Quarry Hall of Fame program starts at 7 p.m. with a reception that immediately follows the National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association’s (NSSGA) Chairman’s Reception. Dinner follows at 8 p.m. with the induction ceremony to start shortly thereafter.

Tickets for the black-tie affair are $100 and can be purchased at pqhalloffame2017.eventbrite.com. Dinner and drinks are included with each ticket purchase, but ticket quantities are extremely limited.
