Fenner Dunlop Engineered Conveyor Solutions

Fenner Dunlop’s UsFlex conveyor belting has longitudinal rip resistance whose rating, according to the company, is more than three times more effective than those of multiple ply belts because of a unique straight-warp construction. Fenner Dunlop says the conveyor belting provides more than twice the impact resistance of conventional plied belting. The added toughness means the belt will not be easily damaged in the loading and conveying of large, sharp material. UsFlex is available in both single- and dual-unit carcass designs, with tension ratings ranging through 1800 lbs. per in. of width. Additionally, UsFlex has a unique carcass-binder system, which acts as a built-in breaker to resist impact, rip and puncture.
