Cougar Vibration
Towmaster is striving to improve efficiency and safety by installing a 12-volt vibration unit from Cougar Vibration on virtually all of its dump bodies. Located at the center front on the underside of the body, the vibrator helps quickly release sticky materials, avoiding the need to raise the body to its steepest angle. The vibrator is also designed to help avoid sudden starts and stops to release stubborn loads. Towmaster is specifically using the DC-3200, a design that delivers 4,000 vibration cycles per minute with 3,200 lbs. of force.
