DAZIC electromechanical zero speed switches reduce downtime, protect expensive equipment and safeguard operations by monitoring the rotary motion of equipment when interlocked as part of conveyor systems or other shaft-driven process components. The switches provide an instant alert or relay throw if rotation stops or deviates from standard operating parameters, stopping the entire conveyor system until the problem situation is corrected; and avoiding a time-consuming pile-up of material or an unsafe situation.
