ConExpo-Con/Agg to set education record

conexpo-conagg2017-logo-150ConExpo-Con/Agg 2017 will offer a record 143 education sessions across 10 tracks, including a new technology track, according to the Association of Equipment Manufacturers, the trade show host.

“Education is a critical component of ConExpo-Con/Agg and we encourage attendees to take advantage of the convenience of so many learning opportunities available,” says Rich Goldsbury, president of Bobcat Co. and Doosan who also serves as ConExpo-Con/Agg chairman.

The new technology track will focus on industry innovations and future growth opportunities in the technology field, including drones, autonomous machines, 3-D imaging, smart apps, gamification, big data and the internet of things. The track will complement a new 75,000-plus-square-foot area showcasing the ideas and technologies that will transform construction in the future.

ConExpo-Con/Agg will feature a record 2.5 million-plus net sq. ft. of exhibits featuring the newest product innovations and technologies, AEM adds. The trade show, as well as the co-located IFPE exhibitions, will be held March 7-11, 2017, at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas.
