AZFAB Vertical Durability Cell provides the scrubbing power necessary to liberate clays through attrition. Our Vertical Durability Cell can add years of life to reserves and help you make specification sand from marginal deposits. Moisture is retained when clays are allowed to remain in the finished product, causing stockpiles to degrade. In addition, these remnant clays will eventually dislodge themselves and lower sand equivalent and durability index values. The AZFAB Vertical Durability Cell liberates deleterious materials from the sand particles, which vastly improves the quality of your sand products in both sand equivalency and durability index. Since all wear points are lined with natural rubber each cell is built for a trouble free operating life.
