AZFAB
AZFAB’s new Plate and Frame Press is one of the most versatile dewatering devices for use in high solids filtration applications, according to the company. The fully automatic press recovers wash water and eliminates settling ponds, with shorter cycle times. Featuring a custom design filter and backing cloths, the unit is hydraulically operated, PLC-controlled, and designed to operate with a continuous press pressure of up to 15 bars, while producing up to 50 tons of cakes per hour. The compressed dry cakes are then ready for reuse or disposal. The advantage of the AZFAB press is that these machines are fully assembled in America, factory tested and completely delivered to the job site as a finished machine.
