Smico acquires new world headquarters
February 13, 2012Smico Manufacturing Co. has acquired another 43,000 sq. ft. of production space with a new building in Oklahoma City, Okla., the company announced. Over the next few months, Smico will relocate part of its production and all of its front office to the new building. The company says the new location will allow it to expand with its screeners, feeders and vibratory conveyor lines, and allow it to expand into other products as well. The company will hold an open house around May for customers and vendors. Smico has also acquired a high definition plasma cutter. Its table will measure 15 ft. wide x 45 ft. long.
