Runge Ltd. expands global operations into Toronto
July 25, 2011Runge Mining (Canada) Ltd., a subsidiary of Runge Ltd., opened a new office in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, the parent company announced. Runge Ltd. provides consulting, software and training services that improve mine business planning. The Toronto office provides new and existing clients based in Toronto access to the full range of expertise and services offered by Runge Mining (Canada) Ltd. and Pincock Allen & Holt, a North American subsidiary of Runge Ltd. These resources include geologists and environmental, metallurgical and mine engineers together with technology solutions. Don Arsenault, vice president of mining Canada, will manage the new office. He brings a wealth of mine industry experience and is well known within the Toronto mining community, the company said. This expansion brings Runge Ltd.’s global presence to 20 locations in 12 countries. Its footprint in the Americas now includes offices in Toronto, Calgary, Gillette, Denver, Belo Horizonte and Santiago.
