KPI-JCI names group product support manager
July 21, 2010Kevin Gokie was promoted to group product support manager for KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens, the companies announced.
Gokie will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of all service policies and programs from the companies as well as their communication to the KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens dealer organization. In addition, Gokie will coordinate the cross-training activities of the service organization in an effort to provide a seamless problem resolution and consistency across the product lines. Daily service issues at each company will continue to be handled by its respective service department.
Gokie has been with Kolberg Pioneer Inc. since May 2006 as the product support manager. Prior to that, he worked for Altec, headquartered in St. Joseph, Mo., with its utility crane product line.
