BTI mourns loss of international sales director
November 11, 2011Robert (Bob) McArthur, director of international sales and a 29-year veteran of BTI (Teledyne), died on Nov. 8 while on business in Peru, according to the company’s website. He was 57. McArthur was traveling to a mine site with BTI’s dealer in Peru when they were involved in a fatal motor vehicle collision, the company website states. “He was very well liked and respected by all his friends and colleagues at BTI for his knowledge and dedication to our company,” BTI states. “Robert had a very strong sense of family, and our thoughts and prayers are with his wife Kim and family. He will be greatly missed by all.”
