AGG1 2016 Exhibitor Profile: Haver & Boecker
The Hydro-Clean washing unit from Haver & Boecker cleans material from aggregate, recycled and other minerals while reducing water consumption by as much as 75 percent, when compared with traditional log washers. Although other washing methods require as many as three wash screens, the Hydro-Clean only requires producers to have a wash screen for its discharged material. The Hydro-Clean uses high-pressure nozzles rotating at 90 rpm to spray as much as 90 percent recycled water on the material with pressures as high as 2,000 psi. At the show, the company will launch a new service program.
