AEM elects 2015 officers and directors

The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) elected its 2015 officers and directors at its annual meeting.

The officers for 2015 include Chair John Patterson, chairman of the JCB USA Group and director of JCB Group; Vice Chair Leif Magnusson, president of CLAAS of America; Treasurer Göran Lindgren, president of sales in the Americas for Volvo Construction Equipment; AG Chair James Walker, vice president of Case IH NAFTA; CE Chair Michael Haberman, president of Gradall Industries; and Secretary Dennis Slater, president of AEM.

The newly-elected AEM board of directors includes Christopher Barnard, president, CEO and regional president of NA & SA; Robert Charter, group president of Caterpillar; Robert Crain, senior vice president and general manager NA of AGCO Corp.; Ronald DeFeo, chairman and CEO of Terex; Richard Goldsbury, president of Bobcat/Doosan NA and Australia/Oceania; R. Scott Jenkins, senior vice president of sales and marketing regions three and four for Deere & Co.; Göran Lindgren, president of sales in the Americas region for Volvo Construction Equipment; John Patterson, chairman of the JCB USA Group and director of JCB Group; Austin Ramirez, president and CEO of HUSCO International; Glen Tellock, chairman, president and CEO of The Manitowoc Co.; James Walker, vice president of Case IH NAFTA; and David Woods, CEO of GiANT partners.

The officers and board of directors are responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance for AEM services, activities and programs, and education and training.
